Einstein’s definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results. As we all know, top management has to deal with many problem-solving, daily in their business. But, unfortunately, some problems are too difficult to solve, even after trying different avenues.
Problems may be solved by bringing in a fresh pair of eyes and ears to solve the issue at hand. They have a different “perception” and a different “mindset” to see and think differently.
Behaviour Change campaigns can operate in much the same way, creating a different perception but providing perspective and critical thinking to engage and allow the users to change their perception.
